Craig Sandeen
Craig has over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. His installed solar experience totals over 4/5 gigawatts across the country.
Cora Noel
From superintendent roots in commercial construction, to delivering over 4GW of renewable assets and building divisions from the ground up, Cora joined the team in 2026 to head the start up of DB Field Services.
Jeremy Schaub
With deep expertise in electrical safety, NFPA 70E, and utility-scale solar and wind operations, Jeremy partners closely with field teams and operations leadership to translate compliance requirements into practical, people-first solutions.
